Modelling isn&#39;t just about looking your best, but more importantly, feeling good and confident! We have put together a list of our top 5 wellbeing tips, to help you thrive as a model.Eat a healthy &amp; balanced dietEnsure that you&#39;re eating a healthy diet that doesn&#39;t cut out any food groups. Think about adding nutritious foods to your diet, rather than taking things away. This will help you feel good and energised to get through busy shoot days.&nbsp;Find a workout routine that you enjoyRegular exercise will help you to look and feel confident on jobs. Find a workout routine that you actually enjoy, which will make it easier for you to stay consistent longterm.&nbsp;Create a morning/evening routineSpend at least 30 minutes at the beginning and end of your day to unwind, for example: reading, yoga, meditation. This will improve your sleep and reduce stress; especially before shoot days.Find your go to skincare routineAs a model, a good skincare routine is a must. Find products that work for you and stick to a routine. Avoid trying any new products that could irritate your skin, especially on days leading up to shoots / shows.Communicate with your agencyCommunicate with your agent regularly. Let them know your career goals, and discuss how to achieve them. Your booker is your best friend in your professional AND personal life.
